Thought I'd start a new thread for a tool just added to HOS--FrameFixer.

Some of its features include:

o    Optical scene detection optimized for both video and still frame sequences

o    Bad frame detection including black frames, flash frames, and duplicate frames

o    Bad frame replacement with interpolated frames using optical flow techniques

o    Replacement of multiple adjacent bad frames

I had added these as scripts for use in AviDub in the last release, but a dedicated tool seemed a much better approach and certainly easier to use.
