New Graffiti 4.0.2 patch install question

Has anyone tried installing the new patch for Graffiti 4.0 yet? Every time I try and install it I get the following error:

“Please install Boris Graffiti 4.0 from the original installation CD before running this patch”

The problem is I don't have a Graffiti CD, I used the downloadable try and buy option instead. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do? I have contacted their tech support people, but have not received a reply yet.

I know I had tons of problems with the downloadable version of Boris products. I had to keep calling to get install codes whenever I wanted to reinstall a product. The codes are unique for each install. If you are tweaking with a partition to backup, this can be a real pain.

There are so emphatic about anti-piracy that it is very cumbersome to use their download-only products.

Recommendation: Ask for a CD version product. Those are "normal" and are not at all a headache like the downloadable files. If you complain enough, they may even send it for free.
