New HDV Capture Problem

Using Sony HVR-15U Deck
When capturing and using FF, REW or the shuttle bar to scrub through tape the current frame freezes and flickers continuously on preview window. Have to reconnect to get video back.
Works fine in 8c.

I'm here trying to figure out if these problems happen in Vegas as well as this guy's FCP.

Looks like others are having trouble, too

Not the same problem described in FCP!
