Past two days - capture problems: Didn't expect "use external capture application" to mean SONY's normal capture (non-hd). Claimed the default was to have the box checked...
Reinstalled on another system - box is checked on clean install, however, file/capture still results in no response! From the forum, capture issues are not a rare problem.....
Today - during install on new system, media manager fails at startup. No information searchable that I can locate, while I wait for support to finally appear... Also cannot locate some dll - Sony Grovel_event or something???
Disabled media manager on preferences - actualy unchecked the box that claims to enable it - still get mm warnings/errors.
Am I the only one that is a little irritated from having to spend $200 and more importantly several hours to get a product upgrade to function?
