new movie studio

I just installed the new sony movie studio... and have one question...

In the old version, MS 3.0, didnt we have the ability to create a movie as a SWF? or am I thinking of something else? I already uninstalled MS3.0, but could have swore that SWF format was there as an output option.

Did they take this away? if so, why in the HECK did they do that?

Just checked my copy of MS 3.0a and sure enough it does have a .swf format:

Wildform Flash Video (1-pass VBR) (*.swf)

Have never used it though and don't have MS 4 yet (still on Win 98SE).

well thats just wonderful... they take out a major feature!!!!

I used the swf often for web based clips.

Im so disappointed. I wonder how I could get a refund for v4.

You can keep 3.0 on your computer and open 4.0 files to save as swf. I know that's annoying, I'm just saying you could...
