New Netflix Doc Trailer cut on Vegas

Thought I'd share my new documentary trailer that I cut largely in Vegas.

The film was not cut on Vegas but I used Vegas on the daily to quickly sketch sequences and send to the editor, Nic Zimmermann. (He's a total wizard) This approach was a more effective way for us to communicate big ideas rather than an email.

The final export was done in vegas or you export out HQ file to online editor?

I mocked the trailer in Vegas and then it was re-cut by internal editors. The bad part about Vegas is that there are no good ways to export an EDL for collaborating.

Which version of Vegas did you use? Anything "special" in the editing?

Thanks Reyfox! This version was Vegas 23.

Nothing special that I can recall. If any plugins, they were from Maxon / Red Giant.

Yeah, I was working off the final export / preview of the film. Then it was re-cut using masters.
