I've been a (reasonably) happy Vegas Pro 10 user for some time...thought about upgrading to 11 or 12 but the demos I downloaded weren't as stable as I would have liked in my old PC (Dell Studio XPS circa 2009). The old girl gave up on me a month ago so I went out and got another XPS (8700...NVIDIA GT 720, 8GB RAM, 1TB HD, Intel i7, etc.). It came with Win. 8 (blech!) but luckily the Win 10 upgrade dropped a week later (*whew*). But Vegas 10 and Windows 10 didn't seem to play well together...nothing catastrophic, just little glitches everywhere. So I bit the bullet and bought a Vegas 13 (edit) upgrade.

I've only had it for a day but I must say it's been performing well. Familiar enough interface so I don't have to take a lot of time to relearn workflow and it seems to run..well..."snappier." Happy so far.

Any suggestions for option/setup/parameter tweaks?
