New to this one is the GUI, support for protection/emphasis
flags, ISRC and UPC/MCN. Also, for those of you who have
had CDRWIN say something to the order of your CD-ROM
rejected the CUE sheet, selecting rewrite master will strip
the two second lead in and should fix that problem.
