New Sony Vegas & DVDA DVD Training video set.

Just got an email from SONY telling me about this new DVD set. Here's a link:

Does anyone know if this is just a duplicate of what was available online as part of the NAB conference?

If it's NOT, how does it differ from SPOT's and Gary's training videos?

Edward Troxel (jetdv) and Timothy Duncan have collaborated on a training DVD as well.

There's a download of the first chapter available.

Man the Vegas 5 training market is really gearing up.

I surely hope they aren't simply a rehash of the NAB show....I saw the video the SCVUG shot, and while it was interesting it pales in comparision to the comprehensive coverage offered by VASST and Gary K.

The Sony Training DVD's are, in the promotional copy, said to be done by the same people who CREATED Vegas 5. That's enough for me to stay away from them!
