new still image help

I am useing Movie studio 8.0 and have my photos and everything in the timeline.

And when I play it it puts the photos one at a time on screen but it goes by very fast.

How can I slect all the photos and change the time?

I know I can click on eatch photo and then go to properties and change the image time in there.

But it does not seem to work.
Do I put a Big number in the New Image Leangth box and or what els.
I would like every photo to stay on screen for about 6 sec.

There's not much easy you can do at this point. Changing the new still image length only affects pictures you add *after* you change it.

You could select all the pictures, press G to group them, and then Ctrl-drag the end of the last picture out to the right to stretch them all together. There are two issues though. You can only stretch them out to 4 times the original length, so if they're all 1 second long the most you can get them to this way is 4 seconds. The other problem is that if you have any other material besides the pictures in between pictures they won't be moved along with the pictures.

If your project is mostly just the pictures then it might be better to start over from scratch, setting the new still image length first.
