New Suprises. Jerky Playback

Last night everything was fine. Perfect playback in Vegas. In fact , I did not even touch the computer since then of change anything. thsi morning I hit play in vegas and get Jerky Playback. the curser jerks back and forth as it plays. tried reboot no dice.

tried new session, still screwed up...even with no audio or video in it

How fast is your PC?

What setting is your preview window set as?

Have you tried to do a pre render?

Chances are nothing is wrong. Many things influence how smooth playback is on your computer.

I have burned litterly hundreds of CD's, DVD's using Vegas Video. I have NO jerkness in the final renderings even at what most would consider very slow motion.
