New to Vegas 17 Pro. Why can't I write 22 min movie to reg DVD at 1920

Why can't I write a 22 min movie to reg. 7.5 GB DVD at 1920x1080? (restricted to 720x480)

17 pro seems to write the 22 min movie to 25 GB read/write Blu-ray ok (5GB) but CyberlinkDVD 19 can't play it back?

How do I set 17 Pro to using the 8 cores when rendering a movie on I9 9900K?

What phone number can I call to talk to tech support. I need to do this now in the early days of Vegas 17 Pro and DAR

Thank you

DVD standard is restricted to SD resolution Video, means 720x480i60 (NTSC) or 720x576i50 (PAL). For HD resolutions, means 1920x1080i60 (NTSC) or 1920x1080i50 (PAL), Bluray is the standard.

You didn't mention that you were able to view the DVD in a standalone player? I stopped using Cyberlink to test DVD's, it had strange limitations, e.g. not wanting to read the DVD's I made without doing some kind of activation thing, that only worked for a few times.

Simply burning a file on a DVD (not compliant with the DVD standard but may run on some players) is no option?

I have used many different players in the past when DVD was a common request. No clients ever had an issue, nor have I. BD players however, sometimes needed a firmware upgrade.
