New UI

When Vegas 5 first came out everybody was ranting about how much they hated the new look of the UI. I for one have grown to like it. I was wondering what others thought. Do you still hate it, but use it because Vegas rocks, Or has the softer side of you , come to like the new UI?

I merely changed the Windows GUI and now my Vegas (5) has a dark, neutral charcoal look--downright sexy and better for color correction.

I'm using the Windows Classic theme and Vegas 5 looks very similar to what Vegas 4 used to look like under Windows 98SE. I think after 5 minutes i didn't notice anything different anymore.

Personally, the new softer look is beautiful. And yes . .I have to say it guys .. I've taken to wearing a tiara while editing . . . ok, ok ok the beard stays - but even still, my heartfelt thanks goes to all those Sony techies making this editor reach deeply down into his "softer" side . . . without them I would never have known what it now means for me . . . ahhh. . . . "The Hills Are Alight . .. " . . . . .
