I am running Windows 10; the previous version loaded and ran without issue. I confidently upgraded before a major project and have been unable to run the product every since. I get the splash screen and then it just stops. I have searched for a fix and none of the youtube/forum fixes work or apply. I have clean reinstalled twice and installed without the deep learning module.
