Use the Insert menu and select Time..., Then fill in the time you want to insert and everything will move over by that amount. Don’t forget to position the video cursor where you want on the timeline first. It will split the events if its not on the edge of one.

Another way is to zoom all the way out and select all the events you want to move and just move them over but that could be very tedious. I find the Insert Time option easier.
