new user to vv4

can anyone suggest a source with detailed "how to" for VV4. I've only used low end software to this point. There are a lot of options and functions with VV4 that i have no idea how to use. There are certain things i would like to know how to do but cannot figure it out with this software. Books, web sites, magazines, etc.? Would love to learn more about this product so i need some serious help!

Don't forget the online help within V4.

Also, take a look at the .pdf manual (it's chock full of info at 300+ pages), and the V4 new feature white paper, both available as a download from SF here:
