I have a new copy of VV3 for sale. I bought it on a wim but am deciding to use my DV storm with Premiere for the long haul. If interested to purchase, price is $300 with $6 for shipping and insurance. Check my user name of eventmagic on EBAY to view my perfect rating for assurance. Please email me at eventmagic@yahoo.com if interested. Thanks

Jason

You can have it for a much lower price by buying Video Factory first to get used to the interface (and some great interactive help features) and then upgrade to VV 3.0c.

I even had a better deal when the upgrade was for sale (I think it still is until 22 March)

Hi Jason-

I am a Premiere/Storm and a VV3 user as well. If you are selling because you are frustrated with the interface I urge you to give it another try. VV3 can do much more in many ways than Premiere. Both tools are good in their own way.

If you need some help with the interface "hump" drop me an email with what you are trying to accomplish. stephen@mvweb.com

I agree with the above post. I have Premiere 6.01 (with Pinnacles DV500 plus) and Media Studio Pro 6.5 and I find myself going to VV3 first and then import into Premiere for final video rendering. Do try to get over the 'hump' because it certainly seems VV3 accomplishes the more advanced techniques more easily than the others.
My 2 cents.

Jason,

In the recent February 2002 issue of Computer Videomaker magazine, the Sonic Foundry full page ad on page 20 made a "Special Offer for Videomaker Readers! For a limited time get Vegas Video 3.0 for only $249.95 - a $350 savings! Purchase direct from Sonic Foundry at www.sonicfoundry.com/vv3 " I don't know if that special price is still in effect, but if it is your asking price is too high.

I noticed on ebay that you paid $268 for the copy of Vegas Video that you are now selling for $300. Why don't you sell it on ebay and keep it out of the forum here... since this is a USER forum not a SELLER forum...

my two cents.
