Wnen I try to import an AVI file that I know plays in media player, screenblast sees it only as a sound file and won't place it on the video track. IT only places it on the sound track
What am I doing wrong.

Where did this AVI file come from? Is it from a digital still camera with a movie mode? Is it a file downloaded from the 'net? You're probably missing the proper codec.
