Hmmm.. I presume you are capturing in Video Factory? If so VF is now up to version 2.0c build 125. I have to ask - what have you been doing since you installed version 1.0? Have you had previous success with version 1.0? Have you updated/changed your operating system since then?

I'm running version 2.0c build 125 on WinME and apart from some blips in some of the processes - which are normally created by my myself - VF runs true.

Please give us some more system and system updating history information to go on, so that others may assist you.

Grazie

Jim,

I repeat, the latest version of VF is 2.0c build 125. I don't know what ebay is offering, but the latest VF is 2.0c build 125 and is in form of an update on the Sonic Foundry VF update site. I downloaded this after I had bought and installed version 2.0. I also don't know if one can update from VF version 1.0 - if in fact it is the case that ebay is issuing version 1.0 - which you have referred to again as being version 1.0.

Read the notes, also available on the VF updating site, for the update prior to updating and installing. I know VF 2.0c build 125 has rectified capture and other items.

I've also Spring cleaned my ASPI set and have the latest version of DirectX for my WInME.

Please keep us informed,

Grazie

I know I heared you the first time about the version 2.0C build 125. I am just playing around with this first before I upgrade. I want to get firmilliar with it as I have not done any video at all. My expetise is in the printing industry an Web Web pages. The updates have worked and now I can capture the video.
