Newbie Problems.

Been playing with the demo of DVDArcitecht, and it's quite neat. Unfortunatly, my 1st DVD failed. I'm not sure what I did wrong, but what happens is that the resulting disk will play fine from the start, but If I try to access a chapter, or use picture search, I loose audio, and the picutre seems to run faster.

I can play the movie perfectly from the start!

What did I do wrong?

Question #1: Are you using version 1.0c?

Here is a summary of how I created my project. (perhaps it will give a clue to where I went wrong).

1. created a blank project
2. Imported 1 single AVI movie in DV format (created by Premier)
3. Added a load of chapter points
4. Used some menu item to auto generate all the thumbnail links (forget what the menu item was called). it created them on a sub-menu which I did not like, so I cut them all,and pasted them on my main menu.
5. Changed all the thumbnails to text only
6. Authored & Burnt.

Did I do something obviously wrong?

Are you playing back on a real dvd set-top player, or with a computer DVD player?

Playstation2 (dunno if you class that as real or not, but I have used other authoring software, and it plays fine). I will try it on another player, see if it works elsewhere.
