This has to be any easy thing to do, but I can't see how...

I want to use a short video intro clip as the menu. The video clip has text blocks 'burnt in' which appear after a few seconds. I need these text block to link to titles...or if that is not possible to animate on buttons which link to the tittes?

I have managed to drag the intro video and audio file into the menu area. Is there a way of creating virtual buttons which appear at the same time as the burnt in text? I can't see a way of delaying their appearance.
