Newbie Question...project rendering

Hi, I am exploring investing in Vegas pro, it sounds very
exciting. My question is this:
I do experimental music and some of my projects are 45
minutes long. Normally I would be able to put it into
one 45 minute cd track.. but listening to it can be very
tedious and laborius.
Is there a way that I can add "markers" in Vegas that
would allow me , for example, to export a certain marked
parts to a wav file...
let say Mark A is at 00:00:00 Mark B at 03:34:54 Mark C at
07:42:23 and Mark D at 13:00:23. The project is 13 mins
long. Is there a way in Vegas that I can export exactly
Mark A to B as cd track 1, MArk B to C as cd track 2 and
Mark C to D as track 3 in a cd. So when I lsiten to my
project I would be able to skip from track 1 to 2 to 3;
plus, if I wanted, listen to it continuously??
I understand that I would need to use a DAO cd-r and
software to burn the .wav files but I want to know if Vegas
allows that kind of accuracy.
Thank You
-Luis

Yes.

When you set up your markers you can double click between them on the
ruler so as to "select" that portion of the project. You can then
render to a wave file only the selected portion. The Save As menu
option will by default render only the selection that is active. You
can disable this with in the Save As dialog.

A note:
CD Architect will allow you to take your single long wave file and
indicate track points with out having to render to seperate "track
files". In fact the markers that get saved by Vegas will import into
CD Architect and you can then use these as track points.
