NewBlue Plugins Are not working. Genuine Copy.

I have

NewBlue Transition flow 5 (i dont remember how i get it but it is in included in my newblue application manager)
NewBlue Prime (get with AVID MEDIA COMPOSER First)
NewBlue Stylizer (get with VEGAS Pro 15)

1 & 2 are not showing in transition windows in VEGAS 21_315.

even i apply by drag & drop but not working.

Video FX are working but not transitions.

3rd is working good.

is there anything i am forgetting or its a bug?

i am using all genuine copies. but still getting problem.

... it's compatibility is limited to Media Composer according to its webpage.

this problems comes with new vegas versions mostly

You can certainly get better help by sending this to support at newblueinc.com. However, based on your screenshots there are some questions:

Is this a fully purchased TotalFX? If yes, that's what you should have installed and activated.
I would uninstall "Live2Post" - that's basically a stripped down version of Titler Pro 7 for use with titles added in VEGAS Stream
Without TotalFX, I'd reinstall Transitions 5 Flow and make sure you're on the most current version.

no sir Total FX is just a trial .. somedays left thats why it is showing

i dont use vegas stream because it is not screen recording on 50fps and in full hd resolution.

ok i will reinstall transition flow and stylizer after uninstalling all newblue apps

Then try doing a clean install. You may need to uninstall, delete any remaining files, and then reinstall everything. You could try to be more strategic and only install Transitions and remove any files that may be left and then only reinstall Transitions.

sir i already did it... uninstall it using BT uninstaller. and delete other leftover by searching in Everything.

but still it shows this error..
