NewBlue Stabiliser problem

Shortly after the release of the stabiliser of NewBlue, I hav tried it using AVCHD (1440x1080) footage.
At the time line it seems to work excellent; however, after rendering to AVCHD (or HD-MPEG) (1440x1080) the first 3 s of the stabilised scene are NOT or at least very poorly stabilised! The issue has been reported to NewBlue, although they responded quickly, until know I have not yet received a solution for the problem.

Is my problem unique? Does anybody have a solution?

I received the following response from NewBlue:

"From NewBlueFX Customer Support:

We are working on the next version right now. All of your information has been submitted to the developers.

The big issue with the Movie Studio versions is that the analysis process cannot be performed. So we are doing it "on the fly".
