NewBlue Titler Pro - (error)

I get this error/popup as soon as I select the NewBlue Titler Pro.

Does this mean:
- my Video Cards are not strong enough? (2 x ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT)
- my Processors are not strong enough? (2 x 3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Xeon)

I'm getting frequent "Unmanaged Exception (0xc0000005)" errors with NewBlue's titler too. I've submitted to SCS. I'll submit the same to NB.
