Your best bet is to contact NewBlueFX:

www.newbluefx.com/help-ticket-system.html

Questions to answer: WHICH NewBlueFX plugin did you install? When/Where did you download it from?

Which option did you choose during install?

What version of VMS?

Please note that these plug-ins are for Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum Production Suite. Are you using the Production Suite - my guess is no?

yes I have the production suite

Then I have to ask why are you downloading these FX when they are already included on the Production Suite disc and have you you tried installing them from the disc? They don't install as part of the initial install - you have to locate the fx execute file on the disc and install separately.
Here's a short video of what efffects/transitions are included with the Production Suite and how to identify them as the suffixes change from year to year.

because I bought the package from the website and it didn't come as a cd it was the download edition which sends you an email telling you to download it from that website

The TitlerEX version has not been updated in many, many months. Whatever issue you are seeing may actually be resolved in Titler Pro. As a test, you could install it and see. Even if it does work, I don't have an updated version of TitlerEX for you to try.
