Have been using Vegas 4 for ages and its joy to use however on my latest project when i have used the news print video effect when the encoded mp2 file is viewed as soon as the new print effect is on the picture quality begins to break up horribly and doesnt recover when effect fades back to normal is this a bug? and if so are there any other effects i should steer clear off it has taken me 2 days to isolate this problem and remove it. Multiple test on different Dv footage results in this "degradation" every time!!!
