Geeze, I finally get a lucky roll of the dice and Video Factory generates an edited file with both audio and video. I follow this up by capturing another video clip and the damn 20 minute clip is missing the audio component.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE - I don't care if it's computer software. I know computer software is somehow given a pass on actually having to work properly but this is really pi**ing me off.
