No audio on render only loud hiss

When I render from the timeline the output file audio is only a loud hiss.

It happens with any clip and both xavcs or avc codecs and either 4K or 2K video size.

Same clips render fine in Movie Studio with correct sound.

Sound is PCM.

Any help would be great. (new user, this is first time I have rendered out clips).

MediaInfo readout
Sample media

That's where we would need to start.

Many thanks for the reply. I have re-installed Vegas Pro and this seems to have fixed the issue. I guess something must have been corrupted during the original install.
