No Audio Render with Sony MP4 or MP2

No matter how I setup the template for SV11 Pro I cannot get an audio track with an Sony MP4 or MP2 render. I DO get an audio track the Main Concept MP4, however, the video is not as good as the SV mp4.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you're using any of the DVD Architect templates in Vegas, you won't get audio (unless you enable it manually).

No, I'm not using the DVD Architect templates. Here are my Audio settings for the Sony MP4 render:

Include audio - check
Format - AAC
Sample Rate - 44,100
Bps - 128,000
Coding mode - Stereo

There are some postings on the SV Pro forum on creativecow.net that talk about possible conflict with other codecs - but as far as I know I have never installed any. Other people have experience this as well - obviously there is some kind of conflict going on.

Have you tried different players?
Does audio show up if you bring the rendered file back to the Vegas timeline?
Usually not a problem with Vegas 11, but what version of Quicktime is installed?
