No Audio (tried everything)

Hi @ all..

I am experiencing a strange problem.

I made a dvd (including menu, submenu, ac3 stereo sound and a 2 hours movie) but when i play back no audio is present...!!!!

What happened? In the optimize all are set to ac3 stereo with the right "tick"... the audio / video on the right are ok and when i render.... no sound!!!

Anybody had similar problem?

Well, your post has been here for awhile so I'll try to help out a little bit.
Is your sound (ac3) the same name file as the rendered mpg2?If it is, DVDA automatically includes it with your mpg2 file. If not, you may go to the dvd timeline ( I don't have it in front of me, but it's where you can set the chapter markers, in/out points, etc...) and drag and drop the sound file on the mpg2 timeline where you have the video. Then preview it. Did you render the ac3 file in the same folder as the mpg2?

Just to help out. To add ac3 file; double click on link in menu. Timeline for setting in out points,etc will appear. Drag ac3 file from explorer to timeline and drop. You should then have sound.
