No audio when previewing

Ok, I've searched this forum and found no answer to my question so I'm posting it....

I've made my main DVD menu, and linked to 2 videos, one is in AVI format, the other is a pre-rendered "DVD compliant" MPEG2 rendered from Vegas w/audio...the problem I'm having, is when I preview the DVD in architect, no audio comes from the MPEG video when I select it from the preview, but it does come from the AVI file. Is this how it will burn? Or will the audio be there, and its just not "previewable" for some reason??

Thanx!

Are you using the latest 1.0c of DVDA

I had this problem with MPEGs prior to 4.0c, assumed it was down to how well it decoder worked with MPEG.

Thanx, but I figured this one out, and it wuz stupid really (on my part). I didn't add the audio from the mpeg file to the "audio" portion of the link. :) hehe. You know, when u go to the link properties and select the file the menu item links to for the video, and the audio is a separate link, you have to add the mpeg file in both sections. Can't believe I missed that one.
