If it's an issue with Titler Pro 3, your best option would be to contact NewBlue support. The first question is going to be - what build or Titler Pro 3 do you have installed? You can determine that by opening up the NewBlue Application Manager.

There were a total of 54,443 items in that Titler Pro Temp directory. I deleted them all.

After a few attempts with that titler I saw there total files up to 5 GB.
