I have a new canon hv30 and new movie studio 9. My output on the hv30 is set to DV/HDV and this is what appears on the screen of the camcorder when I connect to Studio. When I attempt to capture video using Studio, I click on HDV for the video capture format and my screen shows "no device selected." When I click on DV for the video capture format, I am able to connect to the camera and capture. I called Canon and they indicate it is the software. When I first started capturing, I had no problem capturing the HDV format with my first two tapes. With my third tape, or any tape now, I cannot capture in the HDV mode. Thanks for any help.
