No fade offset handles

Working with Sony Vegas Pro, on all clips ie video, audio and stills I don't get the fade offset handles when hovering in clip corners. Any idea how to make these visible?

It's tight. Zoom into Event and you should see them. I've been here before.

In case have applied an envelope, the handle is where the envelop line and clip boundaries intersect.
