No Firewire On MB

Not so happy as I was told the M4N78 had firewire but now I find it hasn't.

I have a SONY DCR-HC62 camera which also has a USB port.

Can I use this to capture using Vegas? Would there be any issues/loss of quality, etc. I should be aware of.

Edit; Think I have just found my own answer.

It seems that Vegas Capture probably won't work with USB and, if it did, the quality would be very low.

Oh well, off to get a Firewire card :(

USB = most definitely no!

Newegg.com usually carries a variety of firewire cards in the under $10 range.

I need it quite quickly and I'm in UK.

I've found a 2-port card with extra USB (bonus) plus internal Firewaire which I can connect to the front panel. £20 but will do the job.
