I recently got Vegas 9.0c. When I open a veg made in Vegas 8, the FX i applied to events do not show in the preview, using the Vegas preview window. The FX are on the event in 9, they just don't show in the preview. I can't find an option to "urn off FX for preview". The FX do show when the clip is rendered.

Any ideas?
