No keyframe animation option in VS8

When I installed the lates version of VS8 (8.0d Build 139) and ran it I had the option of using the keyframe animation in the video effects and transition options. However, when i exited and then restarted the keyframe animation option did not appear in the menu screens . I have now uninstalled and reinstalled it a couple of times and the keyframe animation option is available the first time I open it. Subsequently when I open it - it has gone??? The same thing also happened in the VS8 version 8.0c . Any ideas on this would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Wow Smudge, you scared me! I tried to copy your problem, and I lost all my keyframes too :O Go to the very bottom of the transition or fx window, and there should be a thin greyed out border on the very bottom. Hover your mouse over it until it turns to two parallel lines, then click and drag it up until your keyfames appear as you want, and that should fix it for all. Let us know if this helps. Cin
