No Linked YouTube Account

When attempting to upload to YouTube I get the message "No Linked YouTube account". I did a google search and others are having the same problem. Anyone have answers?

You log into youtube with an email address, not a channel name.

Have you tried looking in your w=emails for a verify email?

Make sure you are using a Google+ account. Then you select a Google page to manage using third-party tools. (I created a "business" category page.) You will go to https://business.google.com to see your page. From the "My Business" drop-down in the upper left corner, select "settings." Near the bottom of the page is "Third-party tools." You will need to assign a password. You will then use that ID/PW pair for your Sony youtube upload credentials.
