No menus

In Vegas Video 3 on my Windows 2000 dual p3 850 machine, the menus are blank like in this picture below(if html works here?). The only way I know what I'm clicking on is from the info line at the bottom. I've been waiting for an update in the hope that this will be fixed. But I'm still waiting. I've tried contacting the customer support, but the email was returned telling me that the address couldn't be found.

Not much to go on in your post- was it working before? Did you install any new hardware since it did work?

Weird, first I've heard of this. Are you running window blinds or some sort of GUI ehancement software?

There must be something modifying the GUI. That little double-headed arrow button in the upper right corner is something i've never seen before. The Vegas icon comes farthest to the left on my screen with no other icon up there.

Yes, thank you for mentioning that.. I was running Windows Blinds. When disabled, Vegas Video's menus worked again. So it seems that's what was causing it. Oh well, looks like I won't be using windows Blinds on this machine anymore.

Next problem. In an attempt to try and get those menus working properly, I reinstalled Vegas Video a number of days ago. Now I've done that I have to register it again, but each time I attempt to I get an 'invalid user id' response. Any idea what could be causing that? None of my details have changed.

The pic needs to be stored somewhere on the net. Maybe some personal webspace? Then you just use the html code {IMG SRC="http://www.yourwebspace.com/image.jpg"} But replace the {'s with
