no more SNAPPING HOW?!?!?!

I have both Acid and vegas. Acid is great, however, 5.0 records at a slight delay and doesn't allow me to move audio from track to track which is rediculous. So I've been using vegas for all my audio recording (mostly, vocals) and Acid for my synths. However, when mixing in Vegas its annoying as hell that even if you turn snapping off it still will only let you shift the audio according to frames. Is there a way to turn this off and move the audio where ever the heck i want it?

Be sure to turn off "Quantize to frames". The first selection under the OPTIONS menu.

also you can hold shift while dragging!

Lol!!! You're welcome, I just had recently run into the same problem and it took me a few minutes to figure it out too.
