No preview sync Sony vegas

I am using sony vegas 15, i had sony vegas 13 and 14 and they had the same problems, my videos do not sync with the preview on my laptop I have windows 10, 16gb ram, when I try to edit my video and add a video fx and while I'm changing the values nothing happens in the preview window until I close the fx panel, why is it not working realtime for me?

Look here :

Changing your driverversion for NVidia(?) might help.
If you have NVidia and Intell gpu's there are more options to solve this problem.

I do have NVidia and intel gpu I don't want to change my driver version if theres anything else I can do to fix it?

2 ways : Change GPU in Options/Preferences/Video to Intel

 

or change the option in right click menu on Vegas startbutton in Intel,I can only show you this option on a Dutch OS
