No Response from Sony

After my original postiing I tried to contact Sony via e-mail support about the problem that I was having with DVDA3 and that it wasn't burning the dics properly. I wanted to know why I needed to purchase an outside software package to be able to burn DVDs when DVDA3 was supposed to be able too.
WHERE ARE YOU SONY? ANSWER MY QUESTION!
Has anyone had this lack of response problem?

Yeah, it usually takes them a while, especially with the new release of vegas 6 and DVDA 3. They will get back to you, just give them about a week. Also, read my thread on "no longer recognizes burner".

Just a suggestion, try lowering your burn speed and using different media.

I e-mailed the mabout a possible bug in V6 & got a responce 2 weeks later. However, the responce was that they were backed up & offered me FREE phone support via a toll free number.
I should take that up soon.
