No Sound after render?

Hello, I am using Vegas Movie Studio 4.0 to render my video, and everything went fine rendering the video(I am doing it in MPEG-2). However, upon playing the video afterwards, there is no sound.....at all. Is there something I am missing?

Make sure you are running the most recent build of the software.

If I'm not using the most recent build, that will keep it from working properly? That doesn't sound right, no pun intended.

When I rendered I chose the option of "save to hard drive", should I be using "burn to DVD" and render two seperate files, audio and video?

ScottW is right. There is a known bug with the initial release of VMS 4. Visit the download page and get VMS 4.0a
