No sound .wmv

Please help me ASAP! Thanks in advance! I am rendering a video for online viewing to .wmv format. When I render the video there isn't any sound. When I play the video within Sony on the Timeline there is - I don't know what the problem is - can someone help please???? Thanks so much

Where are you playing the video when you don't hear sound? Is that player's volume control turned all the way down?
