No Transitions Tab in Vegas Pro 20

I'm new to Vegas Pro. I'm starting to get the hang of it, but I need some transitions now and I can't find them. Everyone says I'm supposed to have a transition tab, but I don't. I have NewBlue Transitions 5 Ultimate installed as well. See attached image. How do I find my transitions?

Try view/window layouts and pick the default layout? Or select ones you want one by one (view/window). The view you are in has almost no tabs at all.
