No velocity envelopes?

I went to insert an event velocity envelope and the customary blue line doesn't appear. It shows as checked on the sub menu but no line shows up across the video clip. Anyone else ever have this problem?

Velocity envelope is green, isn't it?

Anyhow, maybe you accidentally switched off display of the line. Try View -> Show Envelopes or View -> Video Envelopes -> Event Velocity.
