No video track when importing file with 2 audio

I have a file that I recorded with mirillis action and it has the video and 2 audio tracks. For some reason I am unable to import the file into vegas. The audio shows up but none of the video does. Really strange to me. It will import video if the file has only 1 audio track however. Any help would be greatly apprecitated.

Software for recording action on-screen often saves the video with odd or non-editable codecs. So your first step is identifying the codec the video is using.

Open one of your clips in G Spot or Media Info and post to this site the information it indicates for your resolution, frame rate and, above all, the clip's video and audio codecs.

Once you identify the codec, we'll be able to either recommend a fix or codec installation or advise if Movie STudio is even capable of working with this type of video.
