No word form Sony- surprised?

I sent the No Audio from MPEG2 files problem to sony tech support by email early last week... They said they usually answer within 48 hours... It's been nearly a week and no answer.

Has anyone ever had tech support by email work for them?

I just noticed this issue today and made a post on the video part of this forum. Vegas 7 has no problems with MPEG-2 Audio.

We'll see what happens.

We have reproduced the problem and are working on a solution for a future update to Vegas 8.

There is no work around.

No, I don't know when the update/fix will be released.
