Noise Gate/Track EQ/Track Compressor Gone

Hello All,

I have installed V6 and one of the first things I did was to change the default track propoerties to not load any audio effects

The wierd thing is that now the Noise Gate/Track EQ/Track Compressor are no longer listed as available audio plug ins in V6 or Forge V8

In ACID Pro 5 they are listed but I get an error if I try to select.

I have tried a repair installation with V6 but it has not helped

Anyone seen anything like this?

hmm works for me...

Did you try the BCF ? crashed vegas when quit.

No problem here either. Loaded V5 project and those FX are loaded. They are also listed as available.

BCF! - got it now my mind was somewhere else

it appears to be working but yet to use it properley - i'll let you know how i get on

I have just run up the DXuninstaller utility which will list all Direct X plugins in the registry and they are not there

I did also uninstall V5 - would that have done it?

unistall of V6 and a reinstall has sorted it out

bit of a pain but recoverable
